Lakeland Dairies is a farmer owned, farmer controlled Irish dairy co-operative with a proud heritage of excellence spanning over 120 years. We process approximately 1.8 billion litres of high quality fresh milk each year, collected from our 3,200 family farms where cows graze on lush green pastures across the northern half of the island of Ireland.

Millac Roselle Supreme is a slightly sweetened cream alternative for all dessert occasions. Made from a blend of skimmed milk and vegetable oil, it offers a luxurious, premium quality finish for decorating, whipping and pouring.
